ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to have all orders out within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on service and location. Below are delivery guidelines
from the day of dispatch.

UK RM - 2 DE CLASS - 2 - 3 working days
UK 48 TRACKED - 2 – 3 Working days
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED EUROPE – 3 – 5 Working days
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED ROW – 5 – 7 Working days

RETURNS

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will credit notes be used at another time. 

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in any way or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
